How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. We use 1^st class Royal Mail to deliver our Bibbles to you.

Orders should arrive within 5 working days. There may occasionally be a delay due to peak postage times so please leave 7 working days before contacting us.

Orders can be delayed or lost due to insufficient or incorrect address details so please ensure you check when entering your account details that we have your full address (including postcode) and correct email address.

My order still has not arrived?

If after 7 working days you have still not received your order please contact us at enquiries@bandana-bibs.co.uk

How much is postage?

What about my discount?

Your discount is deducted automatically.

When you first enter the website you will see each item at full price. Once you have put 4 or more Bibbles in your basket the price per item will automatically reduce by 50p per Bibble. The discounted price will be confirmed at the checkout.

Where are Bibbles made?

Bibbles are hand-made in Nottingham, UK and made from locally sourced fabrics. Every bandana bib is made here at our little factory in Nottingham, from the highest quality cotton, a super absorbent fleece lining and nickel free, adjustable press-studs. We manually inspect every Bibble before dispatch.

What size Bibble will my child need?

Standard Baby & Toddler - These are by far the most popular size and are suitable for babies, toddlers up to approximately 3 years old.

Size 1- Slightly larger than the regular Bibbles and suitable for young children

Size 2 - Suitable for older children & teenagers

Size 3 - Our largest size suitable for adults

What if I’m not happy?

If you’re not happy with your purchase we’ll do everything we can to put that right!

If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange or refund you in full. You purchase must be returned within 14 days and must be in pristine and resalable condition.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods can either be replaced or refunded depending on the customer's preference.

Refund or replacement will only take place after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
